ON AUGUST 23RD 2025, I'M PARTICIPATING IN D2R2, 60 MILE GRAVEL BIKE RIDE IN WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR ALS RESEARCH.

About a year ago, a former colleague of mine sadly passed away from ALS at the young age of 45, leaving behind his wife and three kids. When I spoke to him early after his diagnosis, I told him that I planned to do an event each year to raise money for ALS research until a cure is found.

While The Ice Bucket Challenge brought a lot of awareness to ALS 10 years ago, ALS is still a significantly underfunded disease. Please consider donating through my fundraising page. Any amount counts and there is no amount too small! (seriously)
