Why I'm Raising Money for ALS?
ON JULY 21st I'M RACING IN AN OLYMPIC DISTANCE TRIATHLON IN NEW JERSEY TO RAISE MONEY FOR ALS RESEARCH!
This past November, a colleague of mine was sadly diagnosed with ALS. He's in his mid-40s and has been otherwise healthy all his life. After doing some basic research, I couldn't believe that basically no progress has been made on ALS since Lou Gehrig had it in the 1930s. The Ice Bucket Challenge helped bring awareness to ALS 10 years ago, but it is still a significantly underfunded disease. I decided to join the effort to support fundraising to find a cure for ALS. Please consider donating through my page. I would greatly appreciate it!
