I walk to raise funds and awareness because EVERY 90 MINUTES, someone is diagnosed with ALS and someone passes away from it and currently there is NO KNOWN cause or cure.  Unfortunately, ALS is often diagnosed by ruling out other diseases so it may takes months before receiving a correct diagnoses.   Your support and donation to my fundraiser will help fund resources and services to the local ALS community, help find new ALS treatment, and move us closer to a world without the disease.
