Why We Walk
In September, I will be walking in the ALS United Greater New York’s Walk ALS to help raise money to support people and their families enduring the impact of ALS.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a progressive disease without any treatment or cure. ALS takes away people’s ability to talk, walk, eat, and eventually breathe. The life expectancy of this disease is 2-5 years.
I walk in honor of my grandmother Marion Cunningham and my Uncle Jim Cunningham who have had to experience this horrible disease.
Please consider donating to help this cause so close to my heart. Thank you ❤
