Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I'm participating in ALS United Greater New York’s Walk ALS to honor John Michael who has lost his battle with ALS after over 12 years. We ask you to join with us in honoring his name and courageous fight by donating to this cause. Even in death John continues his quest for a cure to ALS. His brain, spinal cord and vital organs have been donated to Massachusetts General Hospital for research. His life on this earth may have ended but his legacy continues to live. 

Please walk with us or donate to our team (Dockstoy/ Herb Heumann) on September 20 th in Eisenhower Park. Together we can find a cure to ALS so that many others afflicted with ALS don’t suffer as my dear departed friend/brother John did.
