I'm participating in ALS United Greater New York’s Walk on October 19!

As many of you know, I walk for Robert Tryon, who we lost to ALS in 2022. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive and fatal neuromuscular disease. Rob had an aggressive form and tragically lived only about two months after his diagnosis.

Rob was the love of my life and my best friend for 16 years. He was part of my family, and we all cared for him deeply. He was the strongest person I’ve ever known and watching him deteriorate so quickly was incredibly heartbreaking. Rob was kind, funny, hardworking, and always willing to help others. There are few people like him. I will never forget him, and I want his memory to live on by supporting the charity that helped him during his brief battle.
