Push Your Limits. Fight ALS.
I’m taking on the NYC Marathon this year — with ZERO running experience! But I’m not doing it just for the challenge — I’m running with Team ALS United to raise funds and awareness for ALS, a cause that is incredibly close to my heart.
14 years ago, I lost my grandmother, Jeanette Evans, to ALS, and her battle has stayed with me ever since. This disease takes so much from families, and I’m determined to do my part to help raise awareness and support the fight against it.
I joined Team ALS to push my physical limits for those who can't anymore. By partnering with ALS United, all the funds raised will go where they’re needed most: vital research, community support, and patient services.
I’ve set a personal goal of raising $4,500 before race day on November 2nd. I’ll be posting regular updates on my training journey — the good, the bad, and the sweaty along the way. Every step I take in this marathon will be dedicated to my Mamaw’s memory.
I want to bring hope, raise awareness and make an impact - and you can help me! Please donate, because — Together, We End ALS!
