My Personal Walk ALS Page
R.I.P. Tracie my godmother/aunt who passed away in 2024 from this horrible, cruel disease. This is very personal for me. For the 3rd year, I'm participating in ALS United Greater New York’s Walk A.L.S. to raise funds that will support individuals & families affected by A.L.S.
I understand that "spare money" doesn't seem to exist in 2026. I understand not everyone can donate. IF YOU CAN DONATE THANK YOU! it means EVERYTHING to me & my family.
IF YOU CANNOT DONATE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share this page around! Share with anyone that likes donating to a WORTHY CAUSE!
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (A.L.S.) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow & breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis. ALS can strike anyone regardless of age, gender, nationality, or ethnicity, although it is primarily an adult-onset disease. Currently there is no known cause or cure.
Being a part of ALS United Greater New York’s WALK ALS is the #1 way to unite & fundraise for those living with A.L.S.!
YOUR DONATION will help fund resources & services to the local ALS community, help find new ALS treatments, & move us closer to a world without the disease.
Thank you.
