My Personal Walk ALS Long Island Page
Three years ago, my life changed when I was diagnosed with ALS.
This journey has brought many challenges, especially over this past year as I have become more dependent on others for my daily care. There are many things I cannot do the way I once could, but I am reminded every day of how much I still have to be grateful for.
Most of all, I am grateful for my family, my friends, and the incredible people who continue to surround me with love and support.
My faith has carried me through some of the hardest days. I truly believe God gives us strength for each day, and I am so thankful for the prayers that have been lifted up for me along the way.
As my family and I participate in Miles for Mimi, I ask for something that means even more to me than anything else: please keep me and my family in your prayers. Please also pray for all those living with ALS, their families, and the caregivers who walk this journey alongside them.
If you are able to support the walk through a donation, a mile, a kind message, or simply a prayer, I am deeply grateful. Every bit of support reminds me that I am not walking this road alone.
Thank you for thinking of me, praying for me, and continuing to show me so much love. I may not always have the words to express what it means, but I feel your prayers and I am truly thankful.
With faith, gratitude, and love,
Terri ❤
