My Personal Walk ALS Hudson Valley Page
ALS used to be a disease I knew of and felt bad about. Then I met Max, who’s dad, Ed, battled with ALS when he was only a little older than I am now. Although he lost his battle in 2020, I’ve gotten to know his dad through Max and have come to understand how horrible this disease is to the people who are diagnosed with it and their caretakers.
While I can’t know first hand what it’s like to deal with every devastating disease, I’ve gotten a little closer to understanding this one. So I am trying to raise money for this disease, in memory of Max’s dad, on behalf of every person who has yet to receive a diagnosis of anything. Let’s all try to help along the scientific research that will benefit all of us.
