I am riding with Team ALS to honor my father, Michael Smith, whose strength and determination inspire me every day as he fights bulbar-onset ALS. Cycling was something we have loved and shared, and riding alongside him before his life-altering diagnosis is something I’ll carry with me through every mile to come.

By partnering with ALS United Greater New York, I’m riding to help fund vital research, community support, and patient services for those facing this relentless disease. ALS has no cure, and every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed—making this fight urgent and deeply personal.
