Run to Support Mary's ALS!
I have the incredible opportunity to run in the iconic New York City Marathon with a dual purpose--to push my personal running limits, and more importantly, to support my stepmother. My dad's wife, Mary Neutzling, was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) in February 2025. Her brave journey inspires everyone she knows, and she deserves all the support we can give!
ALS, often referred to as "Lou Gehrig's Disease," is a progressive disease of the nervous system that affects cells in the brain and spinal cord. Presently, there is no known cure for ALS.
I am partnering with the organization ALS United to spread awareness and fight for a cure. All the funds I raise will go toward vital research, community support, and patient services. Please consider making a donation to this important cause.
Together, we can fight ALS, for Mary, and all those affected.
