I am running the 2026 NYC Marathon on November 1st with Team ALS in honor of my uncle, Kresimir Misetic.

When visiting Chicago, I vividly remember my striko biking and running miles each morning like it was a walk in the park. I would watch him in the garage as he tweaked his bike and greased the gears, setting it aside for its next adventure the following day. His strength and persistence always stood out to me.

Rooted in faith and compassion, he is one of the strongest, loving, and resilient men I know and love. Each step I take will be for him and those who live with ALS.
