Team ALS Info
The NYCRuns Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon returns to the streets of Brooklyn on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The 13.1-mile journey begins near McCarren Park, follows along the East River, heads down Flatbush Ave, zips by the Barclays Center, and finishes in Prospect Park.
How do I apply to run with Team ALS?
Interested runners are invited to apply to run with Team ALS by completing this interest form. All applications will be reviewed, and runners can expect to receive more information regarding their application status and next steps after submission.
What are the costs involved, and what do they provide?
Team ALS runners are required to raise a minimum of $2,500. The funds raised by Team ALS directly support ALS United Greater New York in its mission to discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.
Runners may be responsible for paying race registration fees to NYCRuns.
When is the fundraising requirement due?
Runners are expected to reach the $2,500 fundraising minimum by race day, April 27th. Team ALS staff are here to help you every step of the way!
