My name is Harry Greenwald and I have Bulbar Palsy onset ALS. My first symptom appeared in January 2022, when I started to slur individual words. Now, my speech is unrecognizable on the phone and barely recognizable face to face, I use a machine to speak. On the positive side, the disease has not yet attacked my limbs, for which I am very grateful. There are several organizations which have provided me with free machines to help with both my breathing and talking. 

Raising money for this ALS walk is my way of paying it forward. I hope many of you can come walk alongside me on September 14th. AND, donations,  no matter the amount, are greatly appreciated to help my team reach our goal!
