WHY STEPHANIE WALKS
My team “Do it for Deb” participates in Walk ALS in honor of my mom, Debbie Mizzone, who we sadly lost to ALS in 2014. Our mom was the strongest and most amazing person I’ve ever known, and my brother Nick and I are continuing the fight on her behalf alongside our family and friends. To me Walk ALS means coming together with such an incredible and inspiring community to work towards a cure for ALS, and supporting everyone that’s been impacted by it. It’s an honor to participate in Walk ALS and it provides hope to so many people that one day we will find a cure.
