Long Island Walk ALS

RAY'S ROADIES

In July of 2022, my Dad, Ray was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease (ALS). As you can imagine, Ray and our family were not only devastated, but left with so many questions. We had no idea what Ray's future would look like, or how this would change our family. We have been taking it one day at a time and facing each new challenge as it comes. Fortunately, we have been blessed with never ending support of the professionals at the ALS clinic, other members of support groups for those living with ALS and their families, as well as our family and friends. We would truly be lost without all of you holding us up!

Ray has been a Warrior! In typical Ray fashion, he has been the designer, the builder and the innovator in all necessary projects in preparation for his current and future needs. He is learning how to live his best life in a new way, with as much dedication and vigor as he always has! He keeps on going and said, "I am not giving up!"
