Welcome to the Pablo's Pals team page!

We are participating in ALS Greater New York's Walk ALS in support of Paul "Pablo" Meberg, who was diagnosed with ALS in 2021. Please consider joining our team in the Walk ALS or choose a team member from the list and donate to our cause.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. ALS can strike anyone regardless of age, gender, nationality, or ethnicity, although it is primarily an adult-onset disease. Currently there is no known cause of the disease, yet it still costs loved ones an average of $250,000 a year to provide the care people living with ALS and their families need.

A disease like this can make us feel powerless. The great thing about this walk is that it helps us take some power back as we raise funds in support of a cure, and join together in community to walk!

Thank you for your support!
